Key Rules

• • Violation of speeding over 100 mph more than three times will result in the termination of the rental with no money returned.
• • No hard stops.
• • No donuts allowed.
• • No burnouts.
• • Interstate travel without prior authorization.
• • Any off-roading, unpaved roads, or beach driving will result in immediate termination with no refund.
• • Only drivers explicitly listed and approved on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers = termination with no refund.
• • Any racing, timed runs, or competitive driving will result in immediate termination with no refund.
• • No commercial use including rideshare, delivery, or paid services.
• • No pets inside the vehicle without prior written approval.
• • No modifications, decals, or aftermarket parts may be added to the vehicle.
• • Any accident, damage, or traffic citation must be reported to Veloire within two hours.
• • No driving while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or fatigue.
• • Vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received (full tank of premium fuel, clean interior and exterior).
• • A $150 cleaning fee applies if food is consumed inside the vehicle.
