Rental Agreement
The short version of what you sign at pickup. Effective October 16, 2026.

- • You must be 21 or older with a valid driver's license.
- • Only drivers named on the agreement may drive.
2. Insurance (pick one)
- • A. Use your own auto insurance. Bring proof (insurance card or declarations page) to pickup.
- • B. Add Veloire coverage for $75 per day, added to your total ($75 x number of days).
3. Fees
- • Cleaning: $35 on every rental.
- • Delivery: $50 in the Bronx, $100 to any other NYC borough.
- • Pickup or return at our Bronx location after 8 PM: $50 each.
- • Veloire picks the car up from you: $100, any borough, any time.
- • Late return after the agreed time: $100. This is separate from the after-8 PM fee.
- • Smoking or vaping in the car: $50.
4. Miles, fuel and condition
- • 100 miles per day included. $3 per extra mile.
- • Return the car with a full tank of premium fuel, clean inside and out.
- • No pets without written approval. No decals or modifications.
5. Security deposit
- • A $500 refundable deposit is required and held for 7 days after your scheduled return.
- • After inspection it is released, minus anything owed for damage, extra miles, cleaning, tolls, tickets or other charges.
6. Driving rules
- • These end the rental right away with no refund: speeding over 100 mph more than 3 times, racing or timed runs, off-roading or beach driving, or an unlisted driver.
- • No hard stops, donuts or burnouts.
- • No leaving New York State without Veloire's approval first.
- • No rideshare, delivery or other paid use.
- • No driving impaired by alcohol, drugs or fatigue.
7. Accidents, tickets and tolls
- • Tell us within 2 hours about any accident, damage or ticket: (347) 859-0308.
- • You pay tolls and tickets from your rental.
